I've been having ribbon type stools that don't equate to the amount of food consumed. I noticed my muscle is very tight around the anus. I've heard of muscle tightness causing problems eliminating completely. I'm taking Flax oil and magnesium to prevent constipation.
Has anyone had this or know something I can try to help??

You can increase the fiber in your diet.Do you have any neurological issues?I have cauda equina syndrome which causes my stools to be all sizes and shapes.

I think I am also a tight *** too! :D And it's kind of hard to pass all the stool at one time. I guess there are not much you can do about tight anus. All I heard is you can try doing anus excerise, maybe it will help.
