I hate to admit this about myself but I'm an emotional eater. I eat when I'm scared, happy, sad, tired, excited, and bored. I hate this about me and I can't seem to stop. I know this is bad for me. I am 4'11 and weigh 180. I have to do something about this. I am always tired, and in a brain fog, someone please help me.

take diet pills or pills that are recommended in helping emotional eating problems. Best way is to talk to someone one on one for them to recommend the best pill to take is at GNC. go to the website and search for a location next to you.
