I just wanted to post and let everyone know that i have had great success with diet pills--specifically trim-spa. Like everyone else, at first i was very skeptical about what i was pouring money into. However, i am pretty satisfied with the results. I will add that i spent a bare minimum of 2 hours working out every day...if not more. I dropped about 20 pounds in a little under 2.5 weeks. impressed??? I AM!

which trim spa version did you use? did you get jittery at all? heart beating faster?

I used the original formula X32 or whatever. I didn't get jittery at all actually, it just felt like i was never hungry. I ate a few small snacks during the day that i pretty much had to make myself eat, worked out a lot and just dropped weight like crazy. After a few days i saw results and it was like addicting. lol. I have constant energy and am loving the results...even my roommate was like wow you have lost a good bit of weight.

Where can you get them? do you have to special order them online? is there a certain age you have to be to buy them?

I think you can buy them at a normal GNC store, and i am pretty sure they run somewhere between 30-50$$. I don't believe you have to be of a certain age, however, i am 18 so i didn't have any problems.

well if it is the origional then it has ephedra in it, and thats illegal. Your probably using old stuff you've had a while, or using the new formula.

If you worked out everyday for 2 hours, that probably had a lot to do with your weight loss.

Could be but i think it had a good bit to do with the diet pills as well. i mean i was NEVER hungry.

I tried Trim-Spa when it had Ephedra in it and it didn't have any effect on me. I'm tempted to try again but it concerns me the long term effect these supplements and appetite suppressents will have on my body in the long run.

I am not sure if it had ephedra or not but it helped me a lot. My parents are actually shipping me pure ephedra and i am going to see how that works out. i just need to make sure i don't go overboard.... I tend to do things like that.
But over all i think trimspa did pretty well with me, i didn't take the whole bottle by any means but so far so good. I'd like more dramatic results. Don't get me wrong i can see the results but i want to be perfect by May 19th.
Here we go.

I said this exact same thing on another thread thing but i think it applies to mine as well.
I have been on them i'd say 2 weeks, i am real bad about taking them though so i wouldn't say i am consistent with everything. However, i do work out a lot. I am in training to play this fall (college soccer) so i have been working my a** off. lol. literally.
When you do snack try and stay away from carbs. When you work out that is what your body burns, so naturally you need some, but when your body runs out of carbs it turns to fat. Don't think you should just not eat because that is really bad for you and taking these and not eating...leads to passing out, as i learned the first day i took them. Eat lots of fruit and drink lots of water. The sugars in the fruit will give you lots of energy and speed up your metabolism some because it isn't hard to break down that type of sugar. Eat small snacks all day, granola--i eat nature's valley granola bars all the time, and drink lots of V8 as well. (V8 Splash i think is the best thing ever created, it is SOOOO good) If you eat healthy, work out and add these to your diet i think you will def. start dropping.
My typical workout at the gym consists of:
30-40 mins on the eliptical in an either aerobic or gluteal work out with my heartrate above 180.
20-30 mins on the tread mill, in an aerobic work out again heartrate above 180/200.
400-500 crunches, or any variation of situps. (rowboat, bridge, side crunches, ab-ball crunches, 6 inches, the penguin)
LIFT:
Hamstrings (These are very important for me because i play soccer and i need to strengthen them before i can start training hard on the field to avoid an ACL/MCL/LCL injury) i do about 4X12/15 sets at 95lbs
Quads 4X12/15 at 95lbs
Hypers (these strengthen your back A LOT) 4X10
Bench 4X8 at 80lbs
Leg Press 3X15 at 250lbs
Hope this can help you set your workouts....i'll keep you posted and let me know how your trimspa experience goes!!
