Does this have anything to do with diabetes?? Thanks. LisaL 06-15-2002, 02:53 PM That sounds to me more like it is cervical mucous. Do you notice it mostly when you wipe?(This is assuming that you are female. If not, please accept my apologies and this doesn't apply to you..LOL). Does it kind of resemble the consistency of egg whites sometimes, or (scuse me) snot? More than likely it is mucous from the cervix and is very normal. As long as it remains clear and not colored, you are ok.. Also, is this happening all the time, or maybe just a few days out of the month? If it is, then I have heard it is a very fertile time for you... God bless you! LisaL KKO 06-15-2002, 03:38 PM Actually I'm a guy I should have put that in my post my best friend said his pee was kind of syrupy so he went to the doctor and the doctor said he was diabetic so my wife got worried and wanted me to start checking my pee well after I pee when I dab my penis with t.p. it kind of makes a little string. Thanks. Augustmomm3 09-03-2002, 06:29 PM My friend diagnosed her son...when she remembered that a friend told her when her son was diagnosed he sprinkled some on the floor and when she stepped on it..by accident of course her foot stuck to the floor. It has sugar in it so it is like spilling sweet tea on the floor. I would go have a urine test at your doctors office to see if there is glucose in your urine and then go from there. If you have a family history of it you are at risk also. Dont wait go see a doctor at least this way you wont be worried for nothing. |
