I just bought a microdermabrasion applier and the exfoliating cream and a cream for afterwards, I just had a microdermabrasion done and I'm fine with the fresh feel I have on my face, since I'm new to this my main goal is to diminish discolorations but how many days do I have to wait before having a next one done. also, I would like to ask those who use a home microdermabrasion if the cream your using is giving you good exfoliating results, I've heard the neutrogena cream is good, I'm just asking to see if later on I could try a different exfoliating cream with my kit. How have been your results?.

Once a week is what we were taught in a class I took. Not sure if the one you have works the same but you might start out with once a week. :D
