Hi everyone, I too like most on this forum have insomnia. I have been on and off Ambien for the last four years. I ordered the product I mentioned in the title Tuesday but haven't received it. I was wondering if there is anyone out there who has tried it? :yawn: :yawn: thanks in advance for any replies.

hi ive tried all sorts of remedys, ive suffered from insomnia for over 16 years. i tried all the otc's, nitecaps,teas ect... my dr prescribed me elavil 25mg, it has turned my sleep around not to say i still dont have bad nights.ive been on it for 3 years.ive cut down to half and sometimes none.in 13 years ive lived off 2-3hrs a night if i was lucky, now its 6-8 hrs!a old tale ive found to work is be sure your head is pointing north, may have to move your bed, dont cost!do some surfing on that subject. best to ya!!
