Hi, What are the best vitamins for the skin? I am dieting and I do not want sagging skin. I am taking 1,200mg of Lecithin a day to help with the elasticity of the skin, I drink tons of water and I take a calcium pill with vitamin D and a multi-vitamin a day. I also take a Green Tea with Berry supplement each day. Is there some other supplement I should be taking to help prevent as much as possible sagging skin? Thank You in advance! :)

Skin is made up of collagen so get plenty of vitamin-C with Bioflavanoids (rutin and hesperdin) Also Grape seed and Pycnogenol are great and adding L-Proline on an empty stomach is skins favorate amino acid...Berry and Green tea you take are great also....

Hi 6foot3, I got everything you said to get for my skin, and some. (The Pycnogenol is very expensive but I got it). My question is, I am now taking all these supplements : Multi vitamin, Calcium with Vit D and Magnesium, Vitamin C with everything you said to have in it, Pycnogenol, a Grape seed supplement with vit C, a Collagen supplement, a Green Tea with Berry supplement, Lecithin, and a B-Complex supplement. I am taking all these every day. Does all this sound right?? Thanks for your help :)

Hey Chloe Roma....Your a person of action and way to go ..... Those are all great, again you'll be supporting the collagen fibers that support your skin so it stays strong all over your body for yrs to come...Also these nutrients (collagen supporters ) will help prevent Varicose veins. Now i would never guarantee what works for me would work for all but the research is clearly there and secondly since high school i've taken alot of these nutrients and at 42 my skin is still very tight and wrinkle free and also very little sun spots yet i'm always in the beautiful sunshine and i'll take these until they cart me away...LOL !! later !!

just take hi dose vitamins such as: 1000 Mg vit C per day, 400 IU vitamin E per day, 50 MG B-complex per day, and 600 MG Calcium per day(with vit D). that should get you on your way.

I have had good success with hair skin and nails vitamins in general but with my latest one specifically. This one specifically contains collagen, grape seed extract and biotin. [ REMOVED ]

Also good: Red Clover Leaf is a herb that cleanses and rejuvenates the skin from inside the body.
