About 4 months ago it started developing on my right hand and, like the smart guy I am, I screwed with it so it got worse. When it started to "weep", or whatever you want to call this process (sigh), I began to get weirded out.

It's inbetween my middle finger & index finger on both sides (I'm assuming the friction isn't helping anything, but I don't know how this stuff works). Looks like my fingers were in a car wreck. Luckily I can pass it off as harsh rug burn for the moment, but if it keeps spreading I'm going to become an insecure hermit. I've heard you can moisturize, but I don't see that doing much vs this.

I'm partly spooked because I was told it shouldn't develop this late in age (nearly 20), especially with no signs of it anytime before this (afaik). How do I begin to battle this?
