Wondering what to do about alot of flatulance--gas! Sometimes it's just light and not a bad odor, but tonight and other times, it's everytime I move about and the odor is awful!! I'm so glad I wasn't out among people because it would have really been embarrassing!! Is there anything to take to reduce the odor? Sorry to have to ask this, but where else? I have tried 'beano' and it does help some with the gas, but not the odor. I do take Mylanta daily. Does that have any bearing on anything?

Try taking wheatgrass tablets.

Wheatgrass seems to get good, regular bowel movements, and, most importantly for you, it seems to create a less offensive odor from the bowels.

Seems to do well for me.......

The tablets work the best.

you might try logging what you eat and drink and when you have gas and to what degree - this might illuminate a pattern. I for example noticed that I would get terrible gas after eating dried fruit - any dried fruit, and once i cut it out, the gas greatly reduced. I also get terrible gas after consuming certain dairy products, which I now avoid.

Yes, watch what you eat.

You may be consumming a lot of fiber which is notorious for promoting gas that has a terrible odor.
