It is really hurting! it seems to be the bump thing on the bottom of my elbow and it feels like a banged it on something! and it hurts when i flex my arm or puch something. i think it is a little swollen too. What is it please!

Sounds like maybe some sort of bursitis? Check out olecranon bursitis and see if that sounds familiar.
