I dont know if this is a symptom of an AI or Lupus, as i am not DX do to certain cercomstances. Since this whole shabang has gotton worse the past 2 years i have had a HUGE decrease in my bladder control. I use to be able to hold urine for over 8 hours (not recommended...but germaphobic...and school restrooms are...gross) ...now its like i go every 20 mins ranging to every 2 hours, im always having to get up and go to the restroom. Most the time i feel like im leaking urine. When i do go, its not even a quarter of a cup about 90% of the time. Ive tried those exercises that start with a k.. that help with the muscles down there (keegles???) but its just NOT working. Ive informed my doctor many times, im seriously tired of wetting the bed, i am embarassed but i have to admit i really want to fix this problem. Im lost and confused, sorry to be so graphic.
