I am a 22 year old male in good health. Back in november, i was diagnosed with prostatitis and given some antibiotics to clear it up. I havent noticed any problems since then until recently I noticed every so often I have a discharge during a bowel movement or after urinating of like milky white urine..could this be prostatitis again or is it something else or should I not worry about it since it is not happening too often?..I have not had any other symptoms like burning when I piss or anything so any information would help.

I've had a simuler experience myself occasionaly. No prostatisis as you mentioned, but I was told by a uroligist that it's normal. during a bm sometime, if you haven't had an ejaculation in a few days (7days or more) the preassure from pushing/baring down will cause a bit of discharge. Also, when urinating too. I've had this/both experiences, bm and urination discharge for years. Sometime when I take sinus medication, it will give me the urine discharge, depending on the medication. So, as long as it's not causing any problems you're probably fine. I know it's weard! When having a bm, I get an small orgasmic feeling with the discharge.

Thanks for the feedback, good to know it happens to others..It is still wierd though because it will happen to me even after I have had sex/ejaculated the previous day and I just seem to be noticing it more often lately. When it happens my urine will be cloudy and then the last drops come out pure white. there are no other symptoms I am worried about so I guess this just happens more often in some guys than others.
