Hello everyone,
I am wondering if anyone could give me helpful suggestions about what I should do with my legs. I don't shave my legs because they are not hairy, but I always have the red spots all over my legs. I think it's the result of the enlarged pores. Can someone help?
Thank you very much.

I also have this but I do shave. I don't know if this is the same thing as you but mine seem to be under the skin. You can't feel them and I asked a dr about them once and he said it had to do with tiny vessels and being on my feel a lot.

Could it be a reaction to whatever lotion or other product you put on your legs?

I can't put anything on my legs or armpits for hours after shaving without getting a rash. One thing that doesn't cause a problem is jojoba oil which I shave with sometimes.

I'd say it's definitely either bigger pores or heat rash if it's actual irritation. Heat rash can be treated with a medicated powder.. I used to get it and used a powder called Mexana and it worked pretty well and would clear it up quickly. However, if it's bigger pores, that can be tricky to get rid of. I used to get that even with shaving, and the way I got rid of mine was to get a tan. I couldn't see any little dots like before! I stopped going to the tanning salon to take better care of my skin, and I've been using self tanner and it still keeps them from showing.
