helppppp i have a shooting pain from my nose to my back tooth the dentist took an x ray today n said he couldnt see a problem does anyone no what this is i cant get to doctors till tomorrow im in agony and worried

It could be "referred pain" from another tooth that is the real problem. I went for years with a tooth hurting real bad and finally the dentist found another tooth with a hairline crack. Fixed the tooth with the crack and the other tooth stopped hurting.
