Hello,

I was diagnosed with OSA. I've been using a CPAP Machine for about 11 months now, its was kind of rough at fist to get use to but I managed after a few months. On my sixth month I started having anxiety/panic problems. At first I had felt as though I was having some type of heart attack and couldnt breath cuz i was making myself hyperventilate but then it turned out that it was just anxiety diagnosed by my doc, but I started questioning why now this and what was causing it. Well just recent after 4-5 months after I realized that everytime i got panicky or anxiety whichever is the case, I was bloated due to the CPAP machine, which I hear is one of the side effects of using the machine. Well everytime I got bloated I would have anxiety or having the overwhelming feeling of dread, but I didnt put one in one together until just recent. So everytime I feel Im having an axiety attack I start burping because of all of the air i have. My question is to anyone out there that uses a CPAP, can this be it whats causing my problem or is it just a coincidence?
