A couple nights ago I tried several supplements including sublingual B12 (pill that dissolves under the tongue). It was 1000mcg. I took it at night. For the next 24 hours I had complete insomnia and a bit of paranoid near-hallucinations. I don't know whether it was the B12 (I also took Co-Q10, Chrmium, and vitamin E at the same time) but several people I talked to thought it was probably the B12. Anyone else with a similar experience?

Mike,
B-12, among other things, can increase energy. If you take it earlier in the day it should be okay.

Mike,
By all means, take that B-12 1st thing in the AM. If you're needing to loose a little weight, try taking the Chromium in the AM, too.

Thanks, Debra. How does Chromium help weight loss? Why is AM better?
