Mom of silly 2

I have a 6 year old daughter with ADHD. We don't want to use meds but want to do whatever natural things we can to help her. I've read about fish oils and now Pycnogenol on a recent post. Then I've also looked into purchasing Play Attention which is a biofeedback program you use at home. The program is $1800. This seems to be cheaper than going to a business that offers biofeedback but it's still a lot of money to put out without having spoken to anyone that has tried it.
