Have you considered Klinefelter syndrome, now usually known as "XXY male" ? That you're externally male, with minimal body/facial hair, and unusual growth is what is making me suggest this. Has your doctor done a chromosomal analysis?

Nope sure hasn't. Well not that i know of? Is that a blood test? Because from august to now. I've been tested for like 100 different things from mono-west nile.

I'm afraid you'll just need to wait. I'm not even saying that is is XXY/Kleinfelters, you'll need a doctor to make a real diagnosis. If the doctor thinks this is a possibility, he would do a chromosomal analysis, also known as a "karyotype". Genetic material is called DNA, and the DNA is typically found in 46 chromosomes in every cell of the human body. 2 of these chromosomes are called the "sex chromosomes". Females have 2 Xs and are "XX". Typical males are "XY", with the "Y chromosome" determining maleness. Somebody with Kleinfelters IS male - they have the "Y" chromosome, which is responsible for testosterone production. But Kleinfelters have an extra X, so instead of being "XY", they are "XXY", and have a total of 47 chromosomes. To look for chromosomal abnormalities, the doctors take a blood sample, and then send it for a karyotype, which is basically a layout of all the chromosomes in a singel cell - they get matched up. With the karyotype, the doctor can see how many chromosomes you have.

Kleinfelters is a 1/500 occurrence, so it's very very common.

However, you might just be going through a late growth spurt as well. My little brother had no body hair until he was 20! So try not to worry - remember that "growing pains" are real! Growth can literally hurt when it happens quickly.
