Hi, sometimes I get tiny bumps on my upper arms. Its really embarrassing what should I do?

It could be Keratosis Pilaris (KP for short). Kinda looks like clogged pores? It is just dead skin that your body can't get rid of properly.
Check with a dermatologist. They should be ablt to prescribe something. Tazorac Cream works for me.
