I took 2 MG of Niravam when my attack happened and its to soothe me but I feel drowsy and kinda tired, slightly weak.

Also has anyone felt their arms go weak during an attack and just a little afterwards then their arms get back to full strength.

I feel mentally and physically drained.

Repeated attacks have sometimes left me feeling this way. For me though, it was more like I couldn't keep my eyes open and I felt the need to just sleep for days.

Not sure how long you have been taking the niravam, which I believe is a form of xanax, but when you first start taking a benzo it can leave you drowsy.

Hope you are feeling better soon
