I had a panic attack while I was sitting still and I felt no pain anywhere, my heart raced and my chest pounded with the usual fear of death scared to death feeling. I felt lightheaded and was sweting alot but I refused to give into the fear. I immediately took 2 mg of Niravam.

What was different was that my arms got heavy but not numb and they came back to normal in 40 minutes after the start of the attack. I could move them but they were sorta weak and in both arms.

I called my Doc today and she said that all of the tests (EKG, treadmill test, Dobutamine stress test w/echocardiagram) I took for my heart indicates that I do not have angina.

Ive had this, also I often lose the use of my left arm, im just off to the docs now to find out if these stabbing pains in the left hand side of my chest are anxiety as well

I used to get this feeling of no strength in my muscles from panic attacks, I assume you know your med works fastest if disolved under the tongue and you dont swallow for a while

Yes, I have heard that I guess the mouth breaks down the tablet faster so the stomach doesn't have to take the time to do it.
