i have nightmares almost every night, i wake up crying and very distressed. on the occassions i dont, i then walk and talk. this has been going on for years. my G.P was not a great deal of help, advised a hot milky drink!
i am so tired all the time and my boss has noticed this.
pleae help. not only am i exhausted i am at risk of losing my job.
