Hi. I am new to this board. Thank you in advance for any info, advise, etc. My 22 year old son, in Air Force, called last night and doc says he has calcification in his lungs (routine x-ray). He had additional x-rays, blood work and urine test and returns for results next Tue. My son has never smoked, rarely drinks, in great physical shape. He did not have this show in physical before basic training in Sept 05. I admit I know very little about lung disease or conditions. Should I fly to FL and go to doc with him or sit on my hands and wait. He is my healthy one. His sister has Crohns Disease and has been the one I have worried about since she was a pre-teen (20 now). How worried should I be? Thanks to anyone that can give me a heads up on this.
