Hi all,

Sounds crazy I know lol but after my pyshical which went well btw I went to get my eye examed, got some insurance so went on a medical shopping spree lol, anyways everything was fine until I stepped into that chair, had a regular exam and then unexpectly she pulled this machine in front of my face so she can blow some air in my eyes(she said it was to get my sight used to the glasses) I thought ok no problem, then she procees to tell me you may be a bit startled, a bit I can handle, but my god when it was done, the chair almost flipped back heart started racing and couldnt breathe and chest was tight, I wanted to take that thing and throw it out the window..she told me wow never seen that happened to anyone before, im thinking LADY i just told you I have anxiety/panic attacks, luckily the attack only lasted a few minutes but geez that was terrible. Felt like someone shoved a leaf blower in my eye and had it on full blast lol..But then everything was done and over with, UNTIL she tells me, I'm referring you to a specialist to understand why I have one eye weaker then the other, just the word specialist scares me but again I know it must be done, so on May 25th I have an appointment. I just love this month lol...New insurance and already been used 5 times this month, im expecting them to call me and tell me geez lady relax with the insurance lol

God Bless

Liz

you should mention your anxiety and panic attacks whenever seeing anyone about your eyes, as vision problems are common from anxiety, tunnel vision and fading vision being 2
also some anxiety sufferers vision seems to change a lot from 1 day to the next

word! Hry33 is right, I have had some small focusing/light sensativity issues but very minor.
