I was on cymbalta for a while and recently switched to wellbutrin xl. I'm on the 300 right now. Did any every experience this -- dizziness when turning your head or eyes? If so is it withdrawal from cymbalta or from starting the wellbutrin. Will it go away. I'm on the 3rd day of 300 mg of wellbutrin. I like everything else, except severe cramping, like you have with your periods. Its there in the morning, maybe after an hour of taking the med and by night it is gone. I hope this goes away also. I don't want to stop this one. My appetite is less. Hope someone can help with this. But so far besides the dizziness and cramping it is wonderful

your wellbutrin dose is high to start with but it may be OK if you were well established on the cymbalta, why did you swap?
many and varied side effects are usual when starting any new antidepressant, I suggest you take it just before bed
