Alright, I am just making sure I am not over supplementing. Here is what I take:

1 pill for Multivitamin
2 pills for Anti-Oxidants
2 pills for Omega 3
1 pill for Acetyl-L-Carnitine (500mg)
1 pill for Korean Ginseng (648mg)

Ok. I then take the ON 100% Whey Gold Standard protein drink and I have been thinking about starting to take these free samples GNC gave me (which is where I think I might be over doing it).

The samples are called Optimum Nutrition Thermo-Cuts Extreme. to see the ingredients just google it. I think they dont let us post links on here.

Anyways, is this too much? I mean, I am willing to stop the Korean Ginseng. I don't even know why I take it. I know that I have to stop it if I want to take this Thermo-Cuts stuff because it says so on the Thermo-Cuts label to stop other items that a stimulating like coffee etc...

I just want to take this Thermo-Cuts so I can get rid of this small amount of extra body fat. What do you think?

The ingredients in ''Thermocut'' are pretty mainstream and not harsh at all which i have to admit i'm surprised. I say take em all including the Ginseng but just don't go overboard and drink lots of water to keep your kidney's working fine.....

Yeah I agree, I wouldn't worry about it. Plenty of water. You should see the list of supplements I take!

How do you know if you're oversupplementing? I'm taking a B-Complex formula which makes my urine look like Mountain Dew! Is this normal or is it cause for alarm?

Perfectly normal... as B vitamins are water soluble so the whats not used is excreted from the body....
