I notice after I use the restroom going 1 or 2, I see semen leakage or premature ejaculation. I haven’t been messing around so I don’t think it's a STD and there is no blood or stinging. I do take medications that cause loss of sexual desire so I don’t have sex because of that.
Could the premature ejaculation be caused by semen build-up or could there be another issue I should be worried about?

I think what you're talking about is perfectly normal. I often discharge seminal fluid with a bowel movement -- especially if it's a difficult one. What happens is that a certain force is exerted on the prostate which causes the seminal fluid to be forced out. There's no pain but the fluid is thicker than water and sticky. You'll find lots of other guys who experience the same thing. I've had it be a drop or two or nearly a constant stream. Don't know why there would be a differnce in quantity. I have to admit, though, that I have never experienced the discharge by simply urinating.

I am not sure why I discharge after urinating, maybe it's a build-up but it's like what you said, it's only a few drops. Maybe I need to get off these meds and get my sex drive back which will hopefully take care of this problem.. :D

You mentioned that you've lost sexual desire, do you masturbate at all to release semen?

If it happens several times during the week, I would think that it's the meds. that you're taking. When I take alergy medications, I will get a discharge some times when I urinate, but this is not everyday. If I take the drug Actifed for my alergies, I will get a discharge. But putting the meds. aside, if I go a week with out sex with my wife, some times I will get a discharge when I urinate, but this is not everyday! It will happen just that one time to release some of the pressure building up that I haven't released through masturbations or sex. :bouncing:I think it's your medication that you're taking.
