I have been reading about people doing exercises for PF. What are they? Thanks

It depends on the person. Usually the bike is o.k., but for some that is too much pressure on the foot. The treadmill is usually off limits. There are some sites on the web that just deal with this and have some good stretching exercises. If not under PF - then try looking under heel spurs.
