I was checking my pulse and I could barely feel it. Finally when I did I noticed that the rythmn of the pulse would speed for for 2-3 beats then go back into the normal counting rythmn.
I checked several times for a whole minute and it happened a few times.
Is that normal?

I've experienced this... might be just respiratory sinus arrhythmia/HRV... do you notice it speed up when you breath in and slow down when you breath out? That's what I mainly notice.... mine speeds up pretty fast breathing in and slows down quite a bit when breathing out... they say this is actually a good indicator of healthy heart... high variable HRV... I always think something is wrong with my heart... but I know it's not a PVC... because I've felt those and they feel different... I have sinus arrhythmia (mainly tachycardia) and am in the process of finding out why i.e. inappropriate/appropriate... the heart does some strange things at times, but is a strong organ... from the advice of others... I'd stop worrying about your pulse so much... I became excessive about it and it caused me several severe panic attacks, where my heart was easily 160+bpm and jumping out of my chest.... a strange pulse is nothing compared to those
