watch out for Starbucks decaf coffee. It doesn't have as much caffiene as the regular coffee but it does have more caffiene in it than other decaf coffee. I only know this from experience. It tasted better and I kept drinking it. I didn't realize I was getting so goofy because I wasn't sleeping very well. When I stopped drinking it and went to another kind I started feeling better because I was getting more sleep.

I find that Starbucks coffee is very strong. We have Tim Hortons (Canada), and it's the greatest coffee - even the decaf. Cheap, too !!

I thought I was not sleeping well because I drank way too much coffee. So I quit all coffee. It had no effect on my sleeping. I still cannot sleep..

heheehe...I've gotten to the point where caffeine does not affect me at all. I can drink a pot of coffee 2-3 hours before bed and I still fall asleep. Perhaps it's the two toddlers that wear me out :)....

Anyhow...from time to time, I'll try to "quit" caffeine..only to rebound worse than ever..so I do try to "control" the addiction these days..
