Hi Every one
I met with her (my gf) about 1 year ago and now we are both in a relation that can not hide any thing from each other. in talks we reached on sex and tried to do this but as priganancy occurs after sex we ended without geting real sex and did some erotic actions like lip kiss and touching her private part.
Now we both are out of control and want to do this but do not want any prignancy.
I want to kow what steps we should take on our first sex date that we both get safe.

Any pill /food or any thig that may help us in this.

I am from pakistan 26 and she is 25.

The best forms of birth control are the Birth Control Pill and condoms.
You could find more information doing a Google Search and type in "First time sex". The sites that come up are good ones!
Good luck!

pills or exercises will not stop your girlfriend from getting pregnant. Only condoms or prescribed hormone tablet (The Pill) can prevent pregnancy. [deleted] buy some condoms and learn how to use them. good luck

I would say a go to the planned parenthood site, there's lots of information there. :)

I would suggest doing the searches together. Your girlfriend should know how the female body works and she can help explain what you read together. The planned parenthood website would be an excellent start. Your girlfriend can also go to her doctor and ask about birth control pills and the doctor should prescribe the right ones to her. And you can go to the pharmacy and pick up condoms. Good luck and I hope this helps.
