Ever since my anxiety/panic attacks happened, I was unable to work and that alone makes me very upset. Anxiety can do so much to a person, its unbelieveable. Hope u get better Liz mr_panicky 05-13-2006, 03:25 AM I would wake up scared next to my wife at like 8am every morning and before anxiety I could easily sleep till 11am. I wouldn't get out of bed until she did to get ready for work and take my 1 MG of Niravam at 11am. She goes in at 12pm. I would lie there and do my best to fall back alseep and I would get palpitations sometimes and I would be a wreck for the rest of the day. Now I sleep till 10-11pm and I take my Niravam only when I really need it. Why the change? Cause I had a fear of my heart being bad and treadmill stress tests, EKG's, Dobutamine Stress Test all said my heart is ok. hry33 05-13-2006, 06:06 PM too much sleep is usually caused by depression, however if you snore heavily a sleep disorder is possible and these cause constant exhaustion |
