Hiya Gx,
I often get very exhausted after my panic/anxiety attacks, they take alot out of me. Ever since my anxiety/panic attacks happened, I was unable to work and that alone makes me very upset. Anxiety can do so much to a person, its unbelieveable.
Hope u get better

I would wake up scared next to my wife at like 8am every morning and before anxiety I could easily sleep till 11am. I wouldn't get out of bed until she did to get ready for work and take my 1 MG of Niravam at 11am. She goes in at 12pm. I would lie there and do my best to fall back alseep and I would get palpitations sometimes and I would be a wreck for the rest of the day.
Now I sleep till 10-11pm and I take my Niravam only when I really need it.
Why the change? Cause I had a fear of my heart being bad and treadmill stress tests, EKG's, Dobutamine Stress Test all said my heart is ok.

too much sleep is usually caused by depression, however if you snore heavily a sleep disorder is possible and these cause constant exhaustion
