Well you all know that this sunday is Mothers Day and we are having a bunch of family over. I havent told my whole family about it yet and im scared that they will find out if i dont eat my food. But i dont really know what to do because i just dont seem to be motivated enough to accualy eat my food and i guess i dont know why. My mom is also going on a diet and so are some of my friends (dont worrie not like crash diets or anything!!) and i find it very hard to think that im supposed to be gaining and there loosing. I mean i guess it feels like there going to be getting the perfect body by loosing and im going to turn into the fattest one in our group. I also find it hard to eat regular foods. Like latley ive been eating 1 100 callorie snack packs, diet yogart, crackers, and like just different diet foods and foods that have no fats in them. Is this a bad thing if im trying to recover? I also have a doc. appointment on Monday and im a little nervous about it. He said that he wants to see me come back in a month (which will be on monday!) and have gained like a pound or two. And i think ive gone the other way... accualy. I think ive lost like 2-3 pounds. and he said that if i lose a lot of weight that i would have to be hospitilized possably. :( I guess im just so scared....
