Hi, I'm 39 years old and I think I have quite a few food allergies. I'm currently being tested for these but I recently found that I have red palms which I read was a symptom of liver disease. My hands are often cold unless I'm working out in which case they're warm.

I also had a physical recently and my doctor told me that I will need an ultrasound because of a "slight elevation in my liver function" that was picked up during the physical.

I sometimes also get slight tingling in my fingers when I sleep at night. Other symptoms I have are excessive gas(hardly any stomach pain) & lightheadedness which is fairly common. Should I be overly concerned that I have liver disease or is this likely an allergic reaction? Has anyone with allergies had similar symptoms that I have? Red palms, tingling, excess gas, lightheaded.

It can also be a sign of high blood pressure. My friend has high blood pressure that is controlled by medication and when blood pressure is really high, her palms are red. :)
