I couldn't find anything specifically for kids. Most multi vitamins don't have all the B's in them. Thanks in advance!

How do you know that your child needs B vitamins? If your pediatrician told you that, they should also tell you the dosage and which vitamins to take. I would not supplement a 2 year old, other than the usual Flintstones vitamins, without a doctors approval :)

Right on. A 2 year old can wait for vitamins until he or she reaches 12. then start out on a childrens multi vitamin. As the child grows older- he or she can work their way up to higher doses.

Make sure your 2 year old is getting the b vitamins in his diet. Include a variety of food such as poultry, legumes and whole grains. If he is deficient it is probably diet related.
