I experience more tiredness during every season except summer. I am wondering if this is allergy related. During the summer I have more energy and can concentrate better. This doesn't really make sense to me, but I have lived with it all of my life.
Just about every other time of year I have many days where I am almost always tired and can't concentrate as much. I do have average (in my opinion) allergies like stuffy nose, sneezing but nothing extreme and most of the time my only symptom is tiredness.
This has been all of my life. I have been tested for allergies and they say I have them (don't remember what to).
Anyone relate??

Allergies can indeed cause tiredness. But since you tested negative to allergies and have more energy in the summer, you might want to check out Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). It is when the amount of sunlight affects your mood, concentration etc..

I have Seasonal Affective Disorder, SAD. About 5 years ago, I heard about using vitamin B12. I found a liquid total B complex with B12 and I haven't had SAD at all! You can find it at the health food store. Make sure it is a "sublingual" or a liquid. Your body can't absorb B12 except in the mouth and by injection. Hope this helps. :)
