Hi I am of african american decent. My skin is very light (very light brown). But for some reason the back of my neck is very dark (almost black). This doesn't look natural. My entire body is a very light brown but the back of my neck is black. I can probably say that this is probably because of sun damage. But what can I do to treat this and turn it back to it's original color (without bleaching)
