I got a bottle of Bee Pollen today. I was cruising the web, I read an article that said it increased appetite. Another article said it was a fat loss supplement. It contains a substance called lecithin that flushes fat from the body and stimulates the metabolism to burn calories more quickly.
Which one is it? I am confused.
I would love to hear from people that use Bee Pollen.
Thanks! :)

I've taken bee pollen many times and didn't notice anything one way or the other.....As far as Lecithin flushing fat from the body i've never read anything about that but it is an emulsifyer which means it helps breakdown fats like what Bile does. It may chelate fatty plaque from the arteries but thats speculation at this point.....

Hi,
Was just looking for some other info and got attracted to the title of this post! Anyway, lecithin can be used to help the liver metabolise fat and reduces cholesterol (by making it more soluble).
A few years ago I told my (then) girlfriend about this. Big mistake! I was only trying to be helpful!
