Ok,here's a silly question,but I figured with people like 6foot who know so much about vitamins and supplements,it was worth a shot.
Is there anything I can take that will help me grow taller,yeah I know those pills and stuff that they sell on the net are fake and preying on men and their insecurities.I'm 21 and only 5'10,I know that's not too short,but a few extra inches would'nt hurt.Are there any amino acids I should be taking to maybe help boost a growth spurt???

Wish i could give you the answer you want but i know of nothing at 21 yo that will make you grow taller. Height is strongly associated with family genetics. Anything that promises you to grow at 21 is probably SNAKE OIL .......

^^^Yeah I figured that,just thought I would ask to see,what age do males usually stop growing,I've heard 18,21 and 25??

well, i wanted to see if GABA would make me taller so i took it for a year and I grew from 5'11.5" to 6'3.5" and I had already stopped growing

Wow,your not messign with me are you??? LOL,that's interesting,GABA you say, I heard of that ,Gamma Amino Butryic(sp?) acid right,I thought it had to do with mental health or something,can you elaborate a little more please.

Whether it works on growth or not im not sure (although i doubt it).But it does help the Pituitary Gland release more growth hormone in the body......

Anyone know how it helps with mental health?? I suffer from anxiety and depression and a few more things. So if it helps with growth to that would be a good supplement to take.
I dont know much about GABA but i swear i studied it in biology and it had something to do with leaves and tree growth or something. Lol, i'm confused, lol.

if GABA helps the release of growth hormone from the pituitary gland, then does everything grow? (developing excess skin, excess hair, big nose, etc?)
question: when the bone grows from the epiphyseal plate, will it grow taller and wider, or just taller?
and can a 17 year old female take these safely? (i'm 4'11'' btw)

The only time i worry over those side effects is taking these things during early puberty 12/13/14 yrs old........

well im 18...6'8...and still growing...and i just drink tons of milk...no one in my familys over 5'11....maybe im just a freak...

eclipse27, what else do you eat and drink man?what kinda milk? no one in your family is over 5'11 and your 6'8 damn thats cool. any supplements? zinc?
