I'm currently on the pill and very good about taking it everyday at the same time. Just wondering what are the chances of getting pregnant using just the pill with him 'going' inside of you? I know the booklet says it's like a low risk like 2-3%, but it that really true?

It wouldn't be a total problem for us if I got pregnant from this considering we are about to get married, but I'd still like to know the risks.

i have been with my bf for 2,5 years and sexually active most of it. we've only ever used one form of contraception, condoms at first and then i went on the pill. and we've never even had a scare...so i dont wanna say you'll be fine just because nothings happened to us, but i thought i'd share anyhow. do bear in mind though that no form of contraception bar abstinence is 100%!

obviously there is still a risk, but with my experience it is very low. ive been on birth control for about a year and it is my only form of contraception with my fiance. and he often "goes" inside of me. still no scares. i don't want to say there is no risk but it is pretty low.

Birth control pills by themselves are 99.9% effective with REGULAR AND PROPER use. I'm very good about taking mine at the same time every day....I don't use any other form of birth control, and my boyfriend and I have never had a pregnancy scare.
