Ive had a total of 2 birth control packs. The first one I missed the last 4 active pills, and all of the placebo but had a period just like I was suppose to. The second pack I only took the first 6 pills. If I wouldve started on the first placebo it wouldve been April 29th. About a week and a half after stopping pills I spotted/bled for 2-3 days, but come the 29th I had no period, and its May 15th now and still no period. My breasts have been tender for the last 2 weeks as well. I dont know if Id still have these effects considering I wasnt on birth control too long, and though Id assume the chance of pregnancy was high I took a test yesterday and was still negative. What am I suppose to do or think now?

You may not have been taking the active pills long enough for you to have a "withdrawal bleed". Also your natural cycle could be all screwed up from taking the pills wrong. I wouldn't worry.
Options:
1. Wait and see if you get a period next month (end of may).
2. Take another pregnancy test in a week.
3. Go to your MD and get a blood pregnancy test, while you are there ask the MD about Nuvaring and the ortho evra patch if you still want to use hormonal birth control. For some people, it isn't convienient to take the pill every day. And the patch or ring gives you alternate options for those who miss pills often.

PS. Use backup contraception, until you have been on a hormonal method for at least 7 pills taken perfectly, 7 days into the ring, or putting on your 2nd patch.
