I've had post nasal drip for about 2 months now. I have also been experiencing mild chest pain. Has anyone had similar symptoms? Do you think the chest pains are even related?

Yes, the chest pain could be related. I would see a doctor. You may have developed bronchitis or sino-bronchial syndrome (when PND drips into your lungs and constricts your bronchial tubes.)

Thank you for the reply. I will set up an appointment.

Have you thought about acid reflux-it can also cause those symptoms. Try some Prilosec over the counter and see if it helps, Skylar

Sino-bronchio syndrome, I'll mention that to the ent next month. I feel its harder and harder to breathe as each week passes. Too much pnd. My sinus xrays are clear but looks like my sinus membranes became inflamed when I caught a cold and remained enlarged till now. Do they go back down on their own after a while? Nasal sprays are having just limited effectiveness. I contacted a couple ents in the US for balloon sinuplasty since procedure not offered in Canada yet. Should thank sneezydiva and couple others for constantly replying my posts. Must be driving her frazy by now. LOL
