Ive been eating a good fibre diet for the last year:
Bran, green apples, bananas, peanuts, 6 glasses water.
Average 2 BM per day.
For the last month when I wake up, the initial BM is watery
then a little stool. This would be repeated about 3 times in one hour until
the cramps are gone.
Ok for the next 10 hours or so.
Should I increase/decrease my fibre and what type of fibre?
Thanks

You are eating too much insoluble fibre and not enough soluble fiber that absorbs fluid.
Potatoes, carrots, beets, turnips and the inside of grains like corn, rice, oats, barley and wheat-- the out side brans are all insoluble and absorbs no water.
Psyllium seed husk is very good soluble fibre.
