My teenager is suffering from spring allergies and sinus pressure along with dizziness that we can't get rid of. Currently on Flonase, Singulair, Zyrtec D, Omnicef, and just yesterday Dr. added Meclizine. Also using a sinus rinse.
The dizzinesss has kept her out of school. Need help to get har back on her feet.

Dizziness that is due to allergies/sinus is typically from a blocked sinus. You need to take your daughter to see a ENT and have a CTscan done of the sinuses to confirm.

I got dizzy from a bad allergy attack that turned into a major sinus infection two years ago and come to find out it was a tiny sinus cavity that is blocked.

Most of these types of things can be cured with surgery if the doctor knows what they are doing.

Dizziness in the head is from a space that has air in it with no where to go, an air pocket. Like a bubble wanting to pop is what it feels like. Causes major vertigo!

Hopefully it won't be that serious but just to be sure get her into an ENT to be evaluated.

Also, try Sudafed a few times to see if it helps.

I agree that she needs to see an ENT. If she is on all those meds with no relief, then there is probably some sort of sinus problem.
