Hi, I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but I've been taking ephedra pills for about a month now and have noticed a dramatic change in my skin- for the better. Before I had acne and breakouts quite a bit but since being on this pill I notice I have not had any breakouts and my face is really starting to clear up. I was just wondering if anyone knew if ephedra-based pills were known to do this. It's a side effect I'm not complaining about!

I'm taking Lipodrene. Weirdest thing- great side effect though! I'd never heard of anything like this, but I haven't changed anything else in my life.

That is a great side-effect. I am 40 and have acne breakouts still. I just stopped using Splenda because I heard it causes acne. Every bit helps. I might have to try that product. Thanks :)

Just a word of advice, I started with a product called zenelean which has a lower ephedra dosage and it did the same thing. I think it's just whatever's in the ephedra pills! But, if you aren't trying to loose weight, you might want to try a lower dosage. I am trying to loose weight, but loosing the acne was just a pleasant surprise!
Good luck! Oh, and you can find both products very inexpensively if you just search for them. Zenelean Pro and Lipodrene are what I have tried!

Can you find any ephedra based supplements in stores now? For example, Lipodrene? Is so, where?

I have only purchased mine online, but a friend of mine got some at a health store here in Indiana so I'm guessing they're out there. I don't think GNC carries them though. This store was more of a body building store- Cutting Edge Nutrition I think? Might check, maybe they're a chain? You can find it everywhere online though, it's very easy to find.
