Does anyone out ther have sounds inside their skull of something like static or electrical shorts? This happens mostly when I put my head down to brush my teeth or am cooking. I don't know if it is a nerve problem or connected to sinus? or am I getting Alzheimers?

does this(or can you even tell?) whether or not this sound may possibly coming from down in the c spine area or does it feel all "just in your head'or coming from there?marcia

It is definitely in the head in the center back just above the ear line. It happens when my head is facing straight ahead sometimees when I nod my head forward or backward.
