Hello! I just started using Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo starting April 30th. I'm on my 19th pill starting tonight. I have been taking them pretty regularly.. except ther first week.. (im a dumbass and couldnt remember) so 3 of the days of hte first week (not in a row) I took it the next morning instead of night when I was supposed to. Is it safe to start using the pill as the only form of birth control at this point? Or should I wait?

It takes the pill 3-4 weeks to take effect. The first set of pills, you should be using a back-up method. With Lo, if you miss a pill within 3 hours (you normally take it a 7:00 and don't take it until after 10:00) then your chances of getting pregnant dramatically increase. I you take your pills everyday at the same time, then you chances of getting pregnant are low. However, the pill isn't 100%. Even if you take it like you are supposed to, you can still get pregnant.
