So we all know the 2WW is a stressing thing.
But how many of us actually can't wait until the 2 weeks is up?
I've done early testing before, and it always came out BFN, but I stopped doing it, because why would I want to be depressed and upset 2 or 3 days before I have to be? And then sometimes you convince yourself it's just too early to test, AF shows up and then you're depressed again!!!
So I gave up on doing it, but sometimes I want to because it almost becomes a "sport" or something..anyone else have/had this problem?

That would be me. Yep, I'm a testaholic. But, I quit doing it too. The evap lines were killing me so I don't bother buying any so I can't test. Otherwise I would be testing starting today and for the next week!

I am a definate test-aholic! I test almost every day, sometimes twice a day incase somehow I messed up the whole peeing in a cup thing (hey you have to think of contamination!).

i have 2 tests that im dying to use right now, but im only 6dpo..sooo i guess i have to wait, but it's soo hard!!!

hahaha, I like when you are ONE day away from getting AF, and you just can't keep that test in the package, can't wait for ONE more day.

OK, so I have to confess, I've only used two this cycle. The others were used last cycle. The thing is, we didn't BD at the right time last cycle and I knew it! So why did I use those two tests? I'm just crazy. :D

I doesn't get better after the BFP! I tested positive last wednesday and I took 2 more tests, yesterday!!!
and I have no Idea why!?!?!?! :D Just the ways of a testaholic!

JellyB, that reminds me - last time I was pg, I took 5 tests (all positive). I only knew about my pregnancy for 12 days before I m/c. As long as there are tests in the house, I can't hold back. ;D

I did not know this topic forum existed.....Thank goodness it does!!!!! I am sooooo obsessed with pg tests...I took one yesterday afternoon and one this morning...both negative...LOL---my period is not due until May 30, 31 or June 1st.... So, I am totally obsessed....Yikes!!! I ordered 5 online the other day...cool deal too... :rolleyes: My hubby and I are not actually actively trying to conceive but ever since I have been off the pill (for seven months now) I get concerned, especially since my best friend is 10 weeks pregnant (she and her hubby used lambskin condoms and got pregnant--not planned...;)) Anyhow, glad to have the support!!!!!! We are wanting to actively try next month.... This is a great place for support!!!!! Thanks!!! :wave:

Haha, I'm a recovering testaholic. It's hard but I force myself to just wait it out.
Mostly, my husband takes my car to work so I couldn't go get one even if I wanted to.
I seen alot of women who were alike, couldn't wait to test, and test numeorus times before and even after AF.
So I thought I would start up a support forum for people like us. haha. :bouncing: :bouncing:

Sadly enough, I'm one of those people who have tested after AF! I did one month, just convincing myself it was implantation bleeding! and now looking back it was much more than "implantation"(TMI)! DUH!

I have a friend that was the same way, but instead of testing she started taking her Basal Temp and she knew she was pregnant before a test would show it because her temp stayed high, when it usually dropped right before her period. This is what I am going to begin trying....

Hi I am Jsquared and I am a testaholic. Can you imagine how much we could save in tests if we were just a little more paitient. I test all the time. My husband begs me to wait for AF but I can't resist. I feel better knowing there are more testaholics out there. I even use the coupons found in the tests. ;)
