When a Employer in a food service industry is told by an employee that they have Hepatitis A how long can they wait before informing the other employees that a coworker has hepatitis A(not telling the coworkers name and personal info) So the other employees can be tested.

I am just wondering because we were told Monday May 15th, 2006 while the manager knew about it on May 5th, 2006.
