Hi!
I have Scholliosis with a chest deformity. It's mostly from having bad posture for years.
I'm 30 now and decided to watch my posture. I wonder, can my bones still readjust at this age?
It's mostly my chest that bothers me, because it's caved in at the front...

Hi Moonstruck...
scoliosis is best treated when a child, however, it is never too late to start improving... at 30, you are still very young...... I know that my PT told me that posture is everything, and I am 44.... At the very least, will prevent you from getting worse... I do recommend seeing a doctor though, as they may have braces that can be used, and perhaps, even an operation that may be able to correct your problem... At least you will have all the options on the table to consider... A friend of mine had a problem with the bones in her chest, in that they were not aligned properly and was in constant pain (she gave me the name of the condition, but I do not remember it)... She decided to take yoga (at the age of 34) and one day, during one of her stretches, she heard a loud crack and the pain that she had suffered went away and never came back.... So, good posture AND proper stretching may be able to help you... Perhaps, you can go see a physical therapist as well that could show you some good excercises...
I hope that you feel better..
